How can I pay for my order?

Our site uses PayPal for all transactions which accepts all major credit and debit cards. If you have any concerns regarding privacy and security, please read their privacy policy.

How much does shipping cost?

For you, it's free. (Australia wide and any where in the world)
If you would like to register your item add $6 and if you would like Express International delivery it's just an additional $25.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All orders are dispatched within 48hrs by standard mail.
Delivery within Australia usually takes 4 working days from dispatch.
International delivery takes 7-10 working days.

How will my order arrive?

All items are sent securely in a postpak.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, as long as you email us and the items are returned within 14 days. Items must not have been warn or altered in any way.

If my purchase is faulty or damaged, what should I do?

In the unlikely event of a fault, please email us and return the item within 14 days and we will gladly replace it for you.
